We are currently looking for full time Case Managers for the South of England & London.
Proclaim CARE is one of the UK's foremost and experienced providers of independent rehabilitation case management services. Our service is independent and is used by insurance companies, the legal profession and employers all interested in shortening the recovery period and improving the outcome for an injured client.
We are looking to recruit new Case Managers to our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for experienced self motivated registered nurses with a wide skill base. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role involves assessing clients either over the telephone or in their own home and coordinating a rehabilitation program which will assist them in their recovery and return to work. Previous experience in rehabilitation case management or in the community is desirable but not essential
You will work from home managing your own case load supported by a first class administration team and you will be part of a professional multi disciplinary team of Case Managers.
