Treatment Only
We recognise that there are occasions where both parties have identified from existing medico-legal reports that there is some specific medical or equipment provision required but that a full initial needs assessment is not necessary.
Treatment only is a service where we are instructed to implement a certain type of treatment that has been medically confirmed via a report from a medical professional. These cases will be handled in a slick manner and we will implement the treatment sessions only. We will not provide recommendations on completion of the treatment.
We have access to an extensive UK wide network of treatment providers. We can arrange for any medical or equipment provision.
Treatment Only Plus
This additional category is to cover the cases involving more than one procedure but do not require an initial needs assessment as we will have been provided with medical reports detailing a specific form of procedure. This category should be used for cases that are more complex to organise than straightforward physiotherapy or psychological sessions.
Examples of cases that wold fit into this category would be those identified for:-
- surgical procedure
- instructions asking for only the procedure to be carried out
- a steroid/facet joint injection
- some form of treatment requiring a consultants appointment to be arranged
Treatment Only Plus compliments our Treatment Only service. This service will include a lot more support from the Treatment Coordinator/Case Manager to ensure the completion of the recommendations made within the report.
