Rehabilitation Management

Matching the correct resources to each case is crucial to success. Our clinically qualified Rehabilitation Managers independent expertise is invaluable. Our services are especially strong in dealing with mid-range and complex injuries.

Face to Face
Our main assessment service is based upon a requirement for an Initial Needs Assessment (INA) to be carried out by meeting the injured person. A comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan is developed by our Rehabilitation Manager, which is clear, simple and goals focused. We establish targets which are regularly reviewed and reported on.

Telephone
Where our customers believe the case may be less severe or complicated, then telephone assessment can provide a more appropriate rehabilitation pathway. Following a telephone based screening of the injured party, a comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan is developed by our Rehabilitation Manager, which is clear, simple and goals focused. We establish targets which are regularly reviewed and reported on.

Initial Needs Assessments (INA)
Our assessments are undertaken by experienced and professionally qualified Rehabilitation Managers. Assessments are carried out in accordance with The Rehabilitation Code 2015 and will include:

  • Understanding the injuries and treatment.
  • Current incapacity.
  • Domestic circumstances.
  • Vocational situation.
  • Likely timescales.
  • Likely cost.

Rehabilitation Pathways
Planning, organising and target-setting are key to successful rehabilitation management.  We will implement and co-ordinate all resources required to ensure the planned rehabilitation programmes are successful, achieve goal focused outcomes and produce a positive result for the clients, their solicitor and the insurer

Vocational Pathways
Running alongside the medical rehabilitation plan is a tool for mapping the key steps for returning people to work at the earliest possible date. We are experienced in communicating with employers and taking all steps necessary to return people back to work or re-train into other vocations.
