Quality of care and value for our customers continue to be the cornerstones of Ian’s vision for Proclaim Care.

Laura MackellarLaura Mackellar, HR Quality and Compliance Executive
Laura manages an experienced customer service team, ensuring customers receive a service consistent with our service level promises. Her role involves meeting with customers to identify ways of enhancing our service. Her HR skills and customer service experience allows Laura to lead our programme of continuous quality improvement.

Emily FergusonEmily Ferguson DEN, Clinical Director
Emily has been a medical specialist in post-acute care for over 25 years and is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost experts in the field of catastrophic and severe injury case management. In this capacity she is in constant demand throughout the UK. Emily also has responsibility for the ongoing training and technical expertise for the Case Managers.

Tracy BuchananTracey Buchanan, Company Secretary, Financial Controller
Tracey is responsible for the financial management and control. She and her team are responsible for ensuring profitability and cash management, enabling us to invest in our future. The Finance Team works closely with the Business Team and Case Managers to ensure effective service delivery.

John CrawfordJohn Crawford, Client Liaison Director
John has many years’ general management experience and expertise which he uses to ensure our services and processes deliver the promises to our customers. He considers that efficient IT and communication systems, expert document management processes, and investment in professional skills development are imperative to achieve excellence in customer service.
