Our recent industry survey has been very useful in ensuring that at Proclaim CARE, we are building our service around what really matters to our customers and also those companies that have yet to use our services. We appreciate the time taken by many of you to complete and return the recent survey. This has helped identify several areas of improvement that you believe the service providers need to embrace.
