Further investment in Case Managers

We are pleased to announce 7 new appointments to our Case Management and Admin Team since our last update.

The five new Case Managers support both wider geographic coverage and create what we believe will be improved ratios of cases under management by each Case Manager.

These steps will obviously support our customers in allocating increased numbers of cases across the UK, but also enable our Case Managers to focus on continued improvements in client care, professional development and customer service.
Our new starts are:

Trish Gunning - North East
Lucy Foster – Midlands & South West
Yvonne Owen – Midlands & South West
Anne Nelson - Scotland

Administration/Support

Our admin departments have also been strengthened with the addition of Margaret Clarkson and Jennifer Fry.

This means that our Case Management team now has 12 experienced medically- qualified Case Managers located around the country. This is an increase of 50% compared to last year and we thank our customers for creating this opportunity to expand our business. We will be continuing our plans for further coverage in the months ahead.
